和康生物科技股份有限公司(以下简称和康公司)于1998年12月成立于台北，次年进驻国立阳明大学设立育成中心，从事胶原蛋白研发工作。2002年6月创投法人环宇集团入股投资并于同年12月在台北近郊五股工业区兴建生医厂办大楼，次年于台南县西港乡设立化妆保养品工厂，逐渐发展出以生物高分子材料为主轴的核心技术应用于生物医材及医美化妆保养品两大事业。2016年7月已正式搬迁到龟山华亚科技园区营运总部。目前主要股东包括大江生医，台湾环宇集团，台塑生医及美国那斯达克上市医材公司NuVasive Inc.等。 和康公司的保养品事业部专注于设计各类独特剂型配方，且拥有通过ISO 22716 与GMP认证的工厂,能提供最具功效及信赖的保养品，以满足各类肤质的需求。国际及台湾知名品牌委託和康OEM设计製造产品种类多样，包含面膜系列、洁肤系列、护肤系列、护发系列及身体保养系列，并已行销全球。 受惠于生医研发专业核心技术，保养品研发中心同样拥有独家技术开发能力，如独家研发的白金、黄金粒子传导科技原料「双金水晶肽」，即结合了生医技术独家生产的胶原蛋白与玻尿酸，完整发展出抗老除皱、低敏、保湿、美白等创新系列产品，对于肌肤的再生及修护具有更加功效。此外和康也积极与国际着名机构合作，引进优良技术开发并商品化，可让肌肤回復年轻、弹性及光彩。
